Verified Buyer |Unauthorized Charges made off my card on file
My debit card was charged over $800 of money that I had and then an additional $377 dollars that Im now negative. I got notified and reached out immediately.
I was not given my money back and they are not giving me a contact number to speak with anyone. Im angry, Im a diamond duck and Ive been scammed out of money!! Im taking further action to get my money back. This platform has stolen my money and wont refund my funds back onto my account that they have made negative over $300.
This is BS and the worst customer support. -10 stars.

It is currently the next day dec 13th and they still never called or got back to me
I won $80 and I completed all the steps to verify my account but it said it failed. I tried to contact customer service multiple times through email and the phone number that they have online.
The number doesn't work.
It's an absolute scam. Do not do this; it's a joke.

My first winning was October the 31st for a $175. After I provided all my information and blank statements for the third time still nothing was received.
So I played the $175 back and won $300 the next time.
I put in to receive a gift card still havent received anything. Here it is December the 5th I still havent received my gift card or anything in that matter.

I was lied to every time I contacted customer service and treated inappropriately. Their behavior was very unprofessional due to their lack of concern for my issue.
It was laughed at as if I don't matter. One day, it pays out instantly; the next, they say we have to wait. They say it's approved but it’s still going through processing two weeks later. Here I am, unpaid, with no response as to where they're sending my money.
They're probably keeping it themselves. I've invested a lot of money into this site. On two occasions, they didn't address my daily log in issues. They just reset it back to day one when it should be hundreds of days of loyal logging in.
They don't care about their customers at all. If this continues, I might hire a lawyer.
